Process
In trying to match the illustrated styleframes, I really pushed Redshift to get the look. It’s interesting to see the camera off to the side to show that this is all really 3D!
Lighting setup. To get the illustrated light gleam look, many of the objects have unique geometry reflecting off of them. Redshift object tags were used to ensure only certain reflections were included on each object.
Viewport render. This shot was very complex, and getting everything to feel like it was moving at the same linear speed was a challenge.

The tunnel sequence returns for a second time in the video, so we varied it with effects and editing to keep it fresh.
